The Operation of Automatic French Fries Seasoning Machine

1.The equipment is connected to the power supply, the equipment uses 220v power input, the output roller motor is: 380v, and the dusting motor is 220v

2.Start the drum motor. The drum will slowly start to normal speed. The dusting motor is started and the dusting device starts working.

3. The raw materials that need to be stirred and seasoned are conveyed into the flavoring machine continuously or continuously by a conveyor or manually from the feed port end.

4.Turn on the dusting motor so that the seasoning is evenly sprayed in the drum;

5. Check each operating part and confirm that it can work after normal operation.

6. If the rotation speed is too high, the frequency converter knob can be rotated to the left, the rotation speed can be slow, and cannot be lower than 70% of the rotation speed.

7. The material moving forward in the drum is too fast, it can reduce the drum tilt, too slow to increase the drum tilt.

Equipment Usage Notes

1. The equipment should be placed on a level ground. The equipment with wheels needs to open the brakes of the casters to prevent the equipment from sliding.

2. Connect the power supply to the rated voltage of the device.

3. When operating the device, do not put your hand inside the device.
